This is my second post about the Dibru-Saikhowa Festival of Tinsukia. Yesterday I wrote How To Reach Dibru-Saikhowa Festival-2012 and informed you about the Complete Schedule. Today I am going to share a video, Which I have created to show you some of the important parts of this festival. In my next post, I will publish a few amazing pictures of this Festival. But for now, let’s enjoy the ride through the lens of my camera.
I know the picture quality of the Video is not good, In fact Very poor. But I am helpless because of my ordinary camera and low speed internet.
