I have already written two articles about this year’s ( 2012) Dibru-Saikhowa Festival of Tinsukia. I have already Described About Dibru-Saikhowa Festival and How To reach Guijan Ghat where the Festival is going on. I have also Shown You A Video where I have tried to show you the festival such that you can also enjoy the festival and know more about the Assamese culture.
